I will discuss models in which the baryon asymmetry is only a matter of
"packaging": there is no net baryon number generation but the dark matter is
preponderantly antibaryonic.  Remarkably, an H dibaryon of mass ~ 2 GeV is a
satisfactory DM candidate and the scenario is not excluded by present
constraints.  I will discuss how the correct DM to ordinary matter density
ratio arises, lab constraints on the H dibaryon, tests on this hypothesis from
Super-K and DM searches, and non-H versions of the scenario.
