The power spectra derived from peculiar velocity data sets give consistently high amplitude, disagreeing with most other measurements of the power spectrum. In this talk I present a PS measurement from the newly completed early-type galaxy peculiar velocity catalog (ENEAR). This measurement agrees with the PS derived from the MARK 3 and SFI peculiar velocity catalogs. Based on goodness-of-fit method I then discuss possible explanations of this high amplitude
