Pritzker Symposium and Workshop Registration

If you plan to attend the workshop or symposium or just think you might then you must register by filling out the form below. There is a $100 registration fee. There is no discount for partial attendance. There will also be a charge of $50 for each non-registered guest which you bring to the banquet. Please send checks to
