ANNOUNCEMENT

Dear Colleague,

The newly formed Center for Particle Astrophysics at Fermilab is hosting the Workshop

 TeV Particle Astrophysics
 July 13-15 2005
 Fermilab
 60510 Batavia, IL  USA
 http://www-astro-theory.fnal.gov/Conferences/TeV/

focusing on the interplay between astrophysical observations and fundamental physics at the TeV scale.

The workshop aims to understand what we can learn from the latest observations of TeV Gamma-rays about astrophysical sources, the nature of Dark Matter and the origin of Cosmic Rays. The prospects for future experiments such as the satellite GLAST, expected to be launched in 2007, and high-energy neutrino telescopes will also be discussed. Particular emphasis will be given to the latest observational results and theoretical work in Particle Astrophysics.

For questions on the program, please contact Gianfranco Bertone, bertone .at. fnal.gov. For all other questions please contact Elaine Phillips, ephillip .at. fnal.gov.

There is no registration fee. Travel support is available for a limited number of students. Students who wish to participate should send a short (10-15 lines) description of their work and research interests to Elaine Phillips at the above address.

Looking forward to meeting you at Fermilab,

Gianfranco Bertone

(on behalf of the Organizing Committee)
