Fermilab is located about 50 miles West of downtown Chicago in Batavia,
IL. The following information may prove useful when it comes time
for you to make your travel arrangements:
- The nearest airports are Chicago's O'Hare (ORD) and
Midway (MDW) fields.
- Because of the lab's remote location, we recommend
that you rent
a car for your visit.
- For limo service from either airport to Fermilab and
back, we recommend West Suburban Limousine (1-800-345-LIMO or
630-668-9600) or (cheaper) American Taxi in Naperville (630-305-3908).
